U.S. orders ship free. Canada and EU orders get a small flat shipping rate on 1-pack orders, and free shipping on 2+ packs.
If tracking is included with your shipping option, it’ll be in the email.
when will i get my order?
After your order ships, delivery depends on your country, carrier, and whether customs decides to be annoying.

can i return it?
Because WHYSHIFT Energy Strips are an ingestible product, we can’t take returns once the order has shipped.
If it’s already on the way, it’s yours.
If your order arrives damaged, wrong, or missing something, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. If we messed up, we’ll fix it.
