Because Drop 001 is an ingestible product and part of a controlled release, opened tins or opened strip pouches cannot be returned. Unopened, unused, fully sealed items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. This protects product integrity, prevents resale tampering, and keeps every ritual safe for the person receiving it.

WHYSHIFT drops are released in limited runs. To protect customers from resale issues, altered packaging, or opened product being circulated after launch, we only support orders placed directly through WHYSHIFT or approved channels. If you bought from us, your order is protected by the house.
