Welcome to WHYSHIFT — an object house creating collectible ritual objects, wearable artifacts, and controlled releases for people who move differently.

These Terms apply when you access our website, purchase from us, or otherwise interact with WHYSHIFT. By using our site or purchasing, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview

This website is operated by WHYSHIFT (Kavex Labs). We reserve the right to update these Terms by posting changes to our website.

2. Eligibility

You confirm you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have parental consent. You may not use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

3. Products

WHYSHIFT releases limited objects, ritual tools, wearable artifacts, and functional drops. Some products may be ingestible, hygiene-sensitive, limited release, made-to-order, or final sale.

4. Orders, Cancellations & Limited Drops

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders, including orders connected to resale activity, bot activity, bulk purchasing, or attempts to manipulate limited drop inventory.

Customer cancellations: WHYSHIFT fulfills through multiple third-party logistics partners and warehouses. Orders are often processed and shipped the same business day. We usually cannot cancel an order once submitted for processing. On weekends or during slower windows, contact hello@whyshift.com immediately — we may help if the order has not shipped. Once tracking is created, cancellation is not available.

5. Shipping & Returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Eligible objects may be returnable within 30 days. Many limited, ingestible, or final sale objects may be excluded unless required by applicable law.
