Return & Refund Policy

Because WHYSHIFT Energy Strips are an ingestible product, we cannot accept returns once an order has shipped.

If your order is already on the way, it is yours.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they have shipped. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@whyshift.com with your order number.

Once tracking has been created or the order has shipped, we can no longer cancel, return, or refund the order.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, email us within 7 days of delivery at support@whyshift.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item/package
  • A short description of the issue

If we made a mistake, we’ll make it right.

Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • WHYSHIFT Energy Strips
  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products that have shipped
  • Products purchased during final sale, promotional, or limited drop offers

Refunds

Refunds are only issued when an order is damaged, incorrect, missing, or otherwise approved by our support team.

Approved refunds will be sent back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Issues

WHYSHIFT is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may offer a reshipment at the customer’s expense.
