Welcome to WHYSHIFT. These Terms of Service apply when you access our website, purchase objects from the house, or otherwise interact with WHYSHIFT.
By using our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or purchase our products.
WHYSHIFT is operated by Kavex Labs. Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to WHYSHIFT.
Online Store Terms
You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or region of residence, or that you have consent from a parent or guardian.
You may not use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. A breach of these Terms may result in termination of your access to our services.
Products & Object Information
WHYSHIFT releases collectible ritual objects, wearable artifacts, functional drops, and limited releases. Product descriptions, images, and details are provided for informational purposes.
Some products may be ingestible, hygiene-sensitive, limited release, made-to-order, or final sale. Always read product labels and page details before purchase.
WHYSHIFT dietary supplement products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
Orders, Billing & Limited Drops
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders that appear connected to resale activity, bot activity, bulk purchasing, speculative purchasing, or attempts to manipulate limited drop inventory.
Customer cancellations: WHYSHIFT fulfills through multiple third-party logistics partners. Orders are often processed and shipped the same business day. We usually cannot cancel an order once submitted for processing. On weekends or during slower windows, contact hello@whyshift.com immediately — we may help if the order has not shipped. Once tracking is created, cancellation is not available.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping, delivery, customs, and import charges are governed by our Shipping page and Shopify shipping policy.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Exchanges page and refund policy. Eligible objects may be returnable within 30 days. Many limited, ingestible, hygiene-sensitive, or final sale objects may be excluded unless required otherwise by applicable law.
Intellectual Property & User Content
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, designs, and product presentation — is owned by WHYSHIFT or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the site without express written permission.
If you submit reviews, comments, or feedback, you grant WHYSHIFT the right to use that content in connection with our business, subject to applicable law.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Our services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except where required by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WHYSHIFT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
Governing Law & Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
